Plantain Fufu Flour by Golden Tropics, 4LBS
Prepared in Minutes
- Put water in kettle and heat until it boils
- Put 1 cup of Fufu flour into a saucepan
- Pour boiling water in the saucepan on top of fufu
- Place saucepan over medium fire and stir with a wooden spoon until smooth
- To thicken Fufu, add more fufu flour to the saucepan
- To soften fufu, add more boiling water to the saucepan
- Knead fufu thoroughly until a smooth consistency is achieved
- Remove fufu from fire and allow to cool.
- Mold fufu into a ball and place it in a bowl
- Serve fufu with your homemade soup or stew.
